02Questions about pricing
01Why don't you publish a lower entry-point tier?+

We've tested them. Smaller engagements under-deliver against the benchmarks we promise and under-serve the teams who buy them. We'd rather say no than set up a loss for both sides.

02Can we swap between tiers mid-engagement?+

Yes. Most clients start with a Diagnostic, then either engage a Retainer or commission a Build. Each step credits the previous one against scope.

03Do you do fixed-bid custom work?+

For well-defined scopes — a single page type, a schema migration, a rebuild of one section — yes. For open-ended work, Retainer is the better fit.

04How do you price for larger teams?+

Anything above one concurrent build moves to a custom statement of work with tiered pricing. Happy to send a template on request.

We run the probe live. You watch how the five major models describe your category today, where the gaps are, and what ninety days of work could change. No deck. No pitch. If it's useful, we send audit notes inside a week. If it isn't, you got an hour of free strategy.
